  • Receive and process Personal Change Notices; input into HRIS system.
  • Prepare, data-entry and maintain employee records.
  • Respond to employee basic HR data questions concerning benefits, pay and HR policies & resources.
  • Assist HRBP with onboarding and hiring new associates into the HRIS systems.
  • Track employee questions/issues an escalate Tier 2 HR questions to HRBPs or HR Manager.
  • Maintain and update vendors with appropriate information as needed
  • Analyze related program data and prepare required reports.
  • Confer with HR management to implement personnel policies or procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge of state and federal employment laws as they apply to position.
  • Notifies HR Manager of employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Punctual and regular attendance

  • Minimum of 2 year degree and four - six years related experience.
  • Current knowledge and experience interpreting and applying federal and state laws and regulations as they apply to position.
  • Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Autonomy - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, E-Mail, HRIS
